Scope

The AAY organizes year-long programs as well as courses lasting 2–3 months, one week, and weekends. These are offered in Slovak, English, and Hungarian. In addition to its courses, the AAY regularly provides lectures and presentations on yoga-related topics. Specialized courses (such as relaxation and meditation) are opened once a minimum of 15 participants register. For the corporate sector, the AAY offers programs in applied yoga, stress management, self-management, personality development, intensive learning, and related fields. Notable features include workshops in holotropic breathwork and courses utilizing neurotechnological devices.

At present, the AAY has more than 20 active tutors. Several of them are senior teachers who are involved in the education and training of future yoga tutors within the SYA training system.
